Everything you might want to know.
What is Falco?
Falco is an AI-powered app for ordering food delivery, groceries, pharmacy items, flowers, and bakery goods. Instead of browsing menus, you describe what you want and Falco’s AI assistant, Nomi, handles the search, the order, and the delivery.
How does ordering with AI work?
You type or speak your request in plain language. Nomi understands it, finds vendors that can fulfill it, builds your order, asks for confirmation, and places it — re-verifying availability and your wallet first.
What can I order on Falco?
Food delivery, groceries, over-the-counter pharmacy and wellness products, flowers, and bakery items — plus dine-in reservations at participating venues.
How is Falco different from Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub?
Those apps make you browse and filter menus. Falco lets you simply describe what you want and its AI does the rest — across multiple categories, not just restaurants — and rewards you with cash-back points you can actually spend.
Do I earn rewards, and can I cash them out?
Yes. Every order earns points that convert to real, spendable cash — not store credit — or to coupons across thousands of partner vendors.
Is it safe to let AI place my orders?
Falco never charges you without an explicit tap or spoken yes, re-verifies availability at the moment of placement, validates your address before charging, and never duplicates an order on a flaky network.
Where is Falco available?
Falco launches in Boston in 2026, expanding to additional states and, later, cross-border markets across nine countries.
Is there a fee to use Falco?
The app is free to download and use. As with any delivery service, individual orders may include applicable delivery and service charges shown before you confirm.
